Southern New England Mooring Permits
Does anyone know if there are any towns (preferably in RI) that currently don't have waiting lists for a mooring?
I have a 23' O'day tempest, but want a Cape Dory 25 or maybe a typhoon (draft under 4' on all)
Any info would be awesome!
