I moor my boat in New Bedford Harbor behind Palmer Island and the hurricane barrier. Bayline Marine had many moorings available last season at a reasonable cost. Nice folks to work with. I lease a spot from the city but I don't know if they have any left as Bayline gobbled them up four years ago when they opened the field. It is shallow for the most part but can accomodate a 5' draft, Bayline can be contacted at 508-994-2944
