Does that model have a an ability for software upgrades and if so have you applied them?
GPS satellites went through a change and during the summer of last year, most all
Raymarine products had to be updated....you can get the updates if they apply by merely going to the
raymarine site and register your product....
If all is connected odds are it is because the software needs to be updated...
