Three young teens in a Flying Scot helped rescue a trio from a swamped skiff who might very well have snuffed it otherwise:

These were Southern Yacht Club kids and also a father/son (I know the father) in a RHIB who rescued these presently unknown (but now still alive enough to disappear) non-swimmers from a choppy lake, within sight of shore. Looks like the Club is now trying to get some recognition for them, and it would seem rightly so.
In a Northerly, the Lake just past the harbor entrance can be a nasty place, "square chop" and not much searoom before you end up on the lakeshore steps. You help someone out at the risk of getting set ashore yourself.
