BVI Charter
DO NOT GO DURING EDASTER WEEK. The BVI is inundated with power boats from Puerto Rico. They take every mooring ball and achorage available. When those are exhausted they start rafting three to four boats on one ball. I grabbed a ball at 2:00 pm after idling for over an hour in Sopers Hole. I was hit twice by drunken skippers maneuvering to raft. We were hit again that night when the wind changed and the raft was too wide for the space. The locals don't care, they get a fee for every boat that ties up. I won't do that again.
