I forgot about that - I was stuck at the dock without a rudder last year for Easter and it was just jzeke16 stated with the BVI invaded by Puerto Rican powerboaters. The power of their engines was just somewhat more than the wattage of their speakers! They certainly do know how to have a good time, though and I had fun although I my Spanish isn't even sufficient to order a Big Mac. Given a choice I would have been elsewhere over Easter Weekend, perhaps Puerto Rico is a good destination considering they all end up over here; just as it is impossible to meet a Parisian in Paris during August.
