There are numerous charter experiences that you can investigate (boatus.com has a selection of them)....

Depending on the cert you are going for it can be longer though....usually more adventageous to take local courses (cheaper by far) and then you can mix a vacation with learning with one of the charter courses and get more out of it (in my opinion)...
