I just had a friend suggest rather that using the
dinghy line to lash it to the deck when being stored why not use a couple of those "rachet" sp? nylon tie downs...I just realized I have never seen any being used but seems like it would make a lot more sense...very strong and easy to tighten/loosen etc..
