If I understand your question correctly, you are saying that the curvature in the top of your existing solid fibreglass hatch matches the camber of the deck or coachroof?

If so, the following company offers to fabricate replacement hatches that are cambered to your specification. There are a fair number of Sabre 28s, so it wouldn't surprise me if this has been done before, though not necessarily by the company I link to below. To improve your internet search results, use terminology like "cambered hatch", "replacement", "Sabre", etc.
