I am in need of a boatyard that allows DIY and use of independent workers to complete the interior of my old 56 foot steel ketch. She is 56/15/9 and weighs about 15-20 tons.

No glitzy marina features are needed-- just need a good working yard close to a West Marine and Home depot.

Any recommendations?
