For those of us stuck in the worst managed state in the Union, here's an absolutely capital idea. (For those not living in the water-winter-wonderland, it should be mentioned that Michigan is in the recession you're all contemplating and has been for some tiime. Our current governor and legislature felt that raising taxes was the only responsible approach to such matters. After all, it's not right that the state government suffer due to economic forces beyond it's control!)
This could actually happen and it's likely it would work. I am a much happier camper at just the thought. And I've been living in a pretty wet tent of late!
