Nice score, especially with the motor thrown in to the bargain.

One suggestion: Is it too late to exchange those oars for some 6-footers? I think you may find in time that 5' oars are undersized for that dinghy. The basic rule of thumb is that the oars should be a minimum of 1.5 x the beam. A bit longer than 1.5 is preferable, especially for youngsters (yes, that sounds counter-intuitive, but kids actually have more difficulty with under-sized oars than adults because they cannot compensate for the insufficient length by lifting the inboard ends higher).
