Harbor Overcrowding?
What I''de like to see is a statute of limitations on vessels that never move and unoccupied, unlike live aboards. Very seldom do we have a real nice day here in the Puget Sound but when we do you can look down over the marinas and still see thousands of boats sitting empty at their slips. Some that are so dirty that I''m surprised they haven''t sank from the lack of care. It really seems a waste that active boaters have to struggle to find slips while others just let theirs rot away at the dock. The unused ones could go into dry storage. It would be better for the vessels anyway!
