So then, first of all, you're in favor of letting Iraq fall into chaos, which like or not, is what will happen with large scale troop withdrawments for the next few years. This in spite of progress on all the benchmarks the "cut and run" crowd has managed to impose.

"Sensible" healthcare? Better outcomes? Where's the evidence that anything the government does is sensible or produces better outcomes? Like the Post Office? FEMA? FAA? Airport screening? ad nauseum.

Intelligence is not a barometer of common sense, nor does it ensure a firm grasp of reality.

Oh yes, we know he's a liberal. And I don't doubt he would do what all liberals hope to do, increase the size, reach and scope of the government.

Restore international prestige? How pray tell will he do that, as if it needed to be done anyway?

All his record (what there is of it) and words say to me, is he's just another big government liberal that wants to try the same failed policies of the past.
