Ask your Dr about Promethazine. Not something you'd want to take all the time-but a very small amount for the first 24 hours of a delivery, just until you get your sea legs - it works. You should take it on land first, to make sure you don't have any negative side effects. And start out with 1/2 tablet-sometimes that's all it takes to get you over the hump. I'm also a believer in ginger. Eat light meals and eat more frequently.
