Perkins and Bottom Paint
I rebuilt my Perkins 4-108 last summer in the garage. All told it cost about 2500 in parts and misc. labor. My freind had his done turnkey and it was 10 or 11 grand including transmission. You do need to assess condition as that can change everything. Mine was in relatively good condition.
