And there you have put your finger right on the difference. The Iraqis DO mind and majorities have (according to polls) said not only that they want us out but that it is OK TO ATTACK OUR SOLDIERS. In fact, they are killing an average of two a day. This is not the same thing at all as our occupation of Germany and Japan.
