Looking for crew is finding individuals that come together for the common goal of sailing. A crew is a team and each individual plays an important role based on their skill level and experience. Now don’t get me wrong, I am by no means hard core sailing type and can be happy relaxing when the winds are light. There is room for young and old, male and female on my crew. I understand that not everyone can set aside as much time as they would like to go sailing and unplaned things do come up but it does need to be more of a commitment than a one off trip.
