Yes. There is a pull bar available for just that purpose. But, if you''re having trouble tipping an 8-hp motor, I''d look to see if there isnít excessive drag on the motor mount. It may be something as simple as greasing some fittings. If all seams well there, look around for one of these bars at a marine engine dealer. I''ve seen them used on bigger motors and don''t know if one can be found to fit a motor that small. Before you buy one, I''d suggest, if your handy, that perhaps you could make one that would be better suited for your particular situation.
