Transient moorings or cheap marinas in Cape May.
I paid 1.75 per foot while the Nor Easter Blew. Anchorage is small and don''t recall many if any moorings. Cohansey River has Marinas that are. I believe. cheaper. Only Launch service there is ducks. Only other possibility I can think of is Cheasepeake City
Remember weather will take any schedule and zap it especially on Delaware Bay.
