There are no morings in cape may. You can anchor in front of the coast guard station, but there is no launch service. and there are no "cheap" marinas. Sorry. There are only a few marinas there that you can enter with any type of draft. I suggest that you go straight through north. It will take you two more days or one over night to get up there. One easy day to AC.
