LMAO, Bob, you're cracken me...
I would like to talk to Mr Washington on the subject, nevertheless.
However, if one genetically ingineered hemp/cannabis not to produce the thc cannanaboid that produces the effects so desired by it's users, then by my estimation, the apprx 20% of the population who uses cannabis, would not participate and will go on as usual as it has been for ever since it was prohibited, and the $66 billion that the population spends on it annually will still be spent, the money will still go where it is going, the arrests still will be made, cannabis users still will be non violent, and the $70 billion that goes into the "War on Drugs"... [{(prolly conceived in a time when the gvt wanted to have more controll over the people at the time, remember it was the 70's. Was the war on drugs after that, after VietNam?? Did our gvt just need a war and started a war on it's own children???" Did they research the books to see which stupid law they could abuse over the public??)}]
will still be used, and the prisons will still be built to put a non violent people away from their family and children, tearing families apart, causing poverty because of the family members that can't work because of it. And the real criminals will be put back on the street. You know the child molestors, child rapist, murderers, and the like.

On the other hand if it is overturned, (and there is already the hemp species that only has .03% of the thc cannanaboid) it will almost immidiately turn the situation around for this country.
Police will be able to do the real work to keep the streets safe for us and our children because the $70 billion annually spent arresting, processing cannabis users, will be spent on the real criminals. Combined with the $66 billion that will be put back into our own economy from the users, will definitely stop the financial bleeding and not be just a bandaid, because it will put the herb into the right hands to be controlled, yup by good ole uncle Sam.

wish I could find that poster of U Sam smoking a reefer, hahahahah!

okok,

It's my understanding that medically speaking, cannabis is used for;

nausea
vomiting (stops it immidiately)
glaucoma
liver (hep c)
appetite (increases, which important for Chemo patients)
pain
muscle relaxant
anxiety
depression
hopelessness
insomnia
asthma
to name a few.

I also understand that the medical profession was horrofied by all of this, as the feds took all power away from them to treat their patients with it.

But the "responsible users" say they use it for recreation, instead of alchohol. They say that they should have a right to have a choice what they put into their bodies. They say that cannabis is better for you than alchohol.

Speaking as an herbologist, which btw is not a recognized study in the state of TX, I don't ever think I have ever seen an herb so useful to society.
We were taught that it is bad, but is it really?? I wanna know.

I think it's time for the truth, as usual.
