The True Cuba' Libre- muddle 1/2 lime, 2 oz of Goslings Rum (Mt. Gay works too), shake, pour into short highball glass add just enough Coke to fill to top (less is better).
for anyone that does not know how to muddle: cut citrus half into quarters put into 16 oz glass with ice, mash with wooden muddler, strain into drink glass...adds the taste of the peel
