I had to remove the leaking
fuel tank from my Capri 30 last fall. I used the Dremel Tool. I cut the fiber-glass tape just above where it makes the turn off the hull to the flange on the forward and aft ends of the tank. For the cutting tool I think I used one of the little taperd grinding bits and I may have used the flat cutting
wheels, the one they show on TV for cutting nails & such. I have done a lot of work on my boats. that I have no idea how I would have gotten it done with out the "Dremel.
