I had hoped that we would get out the Gate today, but the winds never really materialized as we needed, and the Ebb was too great, and the extra tonnage of Cheesy Poofs we picked up at Costco yesterday was no help either. So we played around with the wind vane, and as you can tell by my avatar, I believe I have found my new God. Once we got it set up right, she was a great Captain at the helm and, in my book, a must have for my next boat. On the way back in, we found ourselves wing on wing almost purely by accident. So we put the pole out and that, combined with the wind vane, made for a really smooth sail back home. Thanks again Simon.
