ok that is kind of what I thought start out with a
dinghy and when I feel ok about it get my 25' and maybe take some navigational classes and coastal sailing classes, already a pretty good wiz with a
gps it's kinda my job in the marines, but what about certification is this necessary if I want to buy and register a boat?
