For me, a generator, A/C, solar panels, and davits would DECREASE the value of the boat. I don't want those things, and would either have to rip them out, or just ignore them.
If you want them, you need to figure out what condition they are in, how old they are, how functional they are, etc.
For example, my second boat was advertised as having a "GPS /
Chartplotter." That sounded great, but the unit was a first generation
garmin thing. No way to update
charts for my area, small monochrome screen, etc. It was practically worthless.
