If the bleach don't work then use osphoric (sp?) acid to bleach out the wood.
Use this a lot when I was on wood mine sweepers in the navy. Turned our wood decks from a dingy gray to a bright white. Even did a number on any place where oil had been spilt.
Don't use it at full strength. A cap full or two in a bucket of water should do the trick.
