Question Filtakleen Ten 35 fuel additive??? Gas & Diesel

I like the idea that I can buy one fuel additive thats could act as a stabilizer, cleaner, water remover, yata yata yata...and used in both gas or diesel (since we have both on board). Has anyone used this and was it worth $44.00 price tag.

Here's what they claim:
