Oh Lord. Have I ever. I used them to install new rigging on my boat with disastrous results (of which I've written on this forum extensively). I will never go back to that company (and the fact that their rigging is now on my boat is very unfortunate as I will never be able to entirely trust it). They have shoddy workmanship practices, and absolutely don't care about their work or its consequences (and all that for a LOT of money).
Sorry, going of on a rant, but that company and any mention of it sends my pressure way up.
