It's cold and humid to the touch, I dont't know the right name in English, but it tastes very sour.

Also I don't know how to measure with spoons, you need 40 grams of bakers yeast that is 1.4 ounces. Where didi you read about using the spoons?

Mrs. G- I liked the bread very much. My wife used the dried yeast, not bakers yeast. The first try didn't go very well. I think the types of yeast available here are likely different than what you use. She is going to try the bakers yeast next time. (3rd try)
Tablespoons and teaspoons are the units of measure we use here in cooking. They are used for measuring smaller amounts of dry ingredients. 3 teaspoons = 1 tablespoon, 16 tablespoons= 1 cup.
