Lunch Ideas (needed)
Here''s a nice change that can last for a few days. Compliments of my wonderful wife. One of my favorites:
cubed feta cheese (1 small package)
pitted black olives (1 can)
chopped green onions (1/4 to 1/2 cup)
oregano (to taste)
fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
paprika (to taste)
olive oil (1 cupish)
Mix all ingredients together. Serve with saltine crackers. Do not refrigerate. Cover and leave out. Lasts 2-3 days, but is usually consumed well before then. Perfect for a boat snack or light lunch.
