I do talk about sex with my girls..more in depth then you would probably believe..I tell them what I was like..

...I have done this with all three at 12 to 13 years of age..But my way is the way of their father for their protection , not teaching about sex for the purpose of having sex, or them wanting to have it..Do I teach abstinence you bet it do!!!!

Hard to argue with that. I just wonder if in this world of instant gratification and instant communication such a place as a protected environment exists anymore.

You have to make one...Its hard ...it takes some personal sacrifices...
And yes there are cracks in any wall...but you still have locks on your doors to keep your house secure don't you?...
It wont stop everyone but enough to make a difference in their outcome...I am not Autocratic...but some slime ball lizards would say I am...I don't care what he/she thinks...I don't loose one second sleep worrying about what they think...Meet my kids someday..you will see..
I have had sneaking and lying with my oldest..She is strong willed and very mature for her age..Nothing real bad but a fib is a fib...we have cried in each others arm a couple times asking each other for forgiveness...That's what it is all about...coming home back to center , back to your value system..and trying again...
