It looks like a great boat to me. Very nice
lines. Looks in good shape. One concern may be the CB trunk. Is it strong enough. Doesn't appear exceptionally sturdy in the pic but that doesn't mean anything.
Definitely a good cruising design. A little on the light side, but that's not too bad a thing. Says that the ballast is bonded into the hul. Can you access it ??? If not - bad thing.
I like the split
rig on a boat that size. Go for it.
