How long has it been since you took it down to the barrier coat? Oh Joy is due for bottom paint and the current coat is so thin that the barrier coat is starting to show in spots. It looks brand new still but I'll probably sand it a bit and add a fresh coat prior to rolling on the ablative. Sometimes you just have to take ALL of the old bottom paint off.
