It`s really not much different than any other boat. You still have to check out the mechanics of the boat. The biggest thing is the hull. The cement itself is`nt as much of an issue as the armature (ie. rods & mesh). To start with the boat needes to be as fare as a glass boat. With mine, you can`t tell the difference until you rap on the side of it. If they have taken the time to fare it out then attention was paid to the rest of the boat. Go to the web-site that I mention earlier. It will give you a welth of knowlege. If the side of the boat looks like 50lbs. of chewed bubble gum, RUN THE OTHER WAY!! Find a surveyor who has knowlege on the subject. Also surf the web. It will let you know if the surveyor knows their stuff.
