I was thinking of the main shipping channel, shown on the two
charts... also, closer into Boston, you have to deal with more idiot power boaters...
the further out you are, the fewer of them you have to deal with. As for shipping, yes, Boston probably doesn't get as much traffic as New Bedford these days.
