Marina''''s in Florida that are good for liveaboards

Wow! That''s a great price! We bought some property on South Gulf Cove - not far from Chadwick Cove - we just got back from a week of sailing - we were staying at Westons and had to check out Chadwick Cove (we''re thinking about bigger boat/live aboard). The guys are great but I don''t think they gave us that price... - Apparently you have connections. We found out that there''s only 3 marinas in Charlotte county that do liveaboards. Cape Haze (which is applying for their license and hope to be liveaboard soon), Chadwick''s and I believe another around Placida - all at 10.50 a foot per month. Are you the guy they were talking about that rents a slip but then subleases it to other people? We''d be interested as well - We love that area!
