With out a remote starter button ( Nice to have one by the way..about 10 bucks at a auto parts store) you have a helper turn the engine over with all injector lines cracked open a turn or so...foamy fuel will come out ...when it clears up tighten up the first cylinders line and wait for the second to clear up...by then she just might start on you and each proceeding injector cleared of frothy fuel and tightened up will bring her into smother and smother operation untill she purrs like a kitten...She may surge a few times and even lug down under load a couple times but she will finely work all the remaining air out on her own..

That assumption would be wrong - I have no idea where the injectors are!! I just bleed the fuel system... the fuel filter drops nothing but diesel so I assume because when I did it and it ran for fifteen minutes all was well.. I ran it at less than optimum rpm btw...
Like I stated I am not mechanically inclined - I looked at replacing the fuel pump as being as simple as changing a graphic card in a pc...
If it ran for fifteen minutes surely that would eliminate bleeding the fuel injectors?
