I don't know. Nomenclature on what is "standard" is that RH (clockwise) is standard (IE Chapmans Piloting/Seamanship). But maybe that's prop rotation direction; not engine rotation.

I can't recall if my 4.108 engine is LH or RH; but at the shaft it definitely is RH rotation coming out of the transmission.
