I am in the process of negotiating/buying a Beneteau with cast iron keel. During the short haul, the keel was rusty in spots despite being recently bottom painted. I mentioned
epoxy coating, and the broker said that would only get me a few years. Does anyone here have experience with rust on the keel vs.
epoxy coating? Thanks, Chris
