I am almost positive that ours is teak too. I guess I have not paid that close of attention. It may vary from boat to boat as they are semi-custom in many respects. Ours (Pops) is a '88-89.

Ask teshannon. He has a T-Vancouver 42 also.

If it is really light, it could be holly. Catalina used that for a while.
