I try and get my guests/crew to do as much as they are able/willing to do. Unless it's absolutely critical, or safety related, close is good enough. Sure it's mildly annoying when things aren't done the way I would, but I don't sweat it.

It's more important to me to share the joy of sailing and working on a sailboat.

Generally, I enjoy this more than sailing myself.

If conditions are right, they park the boat as well.

So, no... when it comes to sailing, I'm not anal.

But, when it comes to my work... That's another thing!
