This fire has been going on for quite a while...and when the wind has been "right" the smoke here has been like FOG...requiring boats to use
radar for navigation. We had 18 boats cancel a club trip here yesterday due to the smoke. Thankfully we did finally have some thunderstorms come through last night and put a bit of a damper on things...but we really need some steady heavy rain. In the meantime...Jersey...you will have to put up with us. Turnabout is fair play!!
