Unless I missread the link, it is not just China. It is India, Venezuela, Brazil... a bunch of countries. What they SHOULD have said was, "Cuba has allowed a multitude of foreign countries to drill in their economic exclusion zone for oil. That oil is estimated at 4.6-9.3 billion barrels total, unknown amount recoverable."

Does it matter? You agree on foreign countries drilling off Florida. The statement is still true . . . and yes, I believe the "Economic" sky IS going to fall if we sit on our hands and watch the rest of the world drill for our oil.
