Docking

Out of the 20 years that I have lived in Annapolis, I only paid for a slip for a year so I am not sure what the going rates are. For the past couple years, I have kept my boat at my house but I have a couple slips that I rent out at the house. I get roughly $1500 per year for a 27 foot slip and $2400 for a 42 foot slip both are well protected. Water and electricity is available but generally is not being used. The 42 foot slip is pretty deep (9-10 feet) and so gets a premium since a boat won''t touch bottom during an extreme low tide.
