Though I quite often find Ann Coulter to be rather tasteless, she does raise a rather salient point vis-a-vis the Democratic Primary. If one remembers 2000, the mantra was that Gore should have won, because he won the popular vote, despite losing in the electoral college. Fast forward to 2008, and suddenly, the popular vote is meaningless (ala Hillary) as compared to the established procedure of winning delegates (ala Obama).
One can only be amazed by the lack of consistency, and adherence to principle, demonstrated by such blatantly situational politics.
