Adding shore power to 1969 Cal 29

I just bought the Pentaquod which seems to be long time member, Alfred Poor's old boat (will probably be re-christened in July). I want to start fitting it out for liveaboard in the Caribbean (target 3 years). The electric is standard 2 deep cell/starters charged from the Atomic 4. I don't plan on running the engine much except going in and out of the marina and other tight spots and in the meantime, I'm doing a lot of work on the interior while it is in the water.

My goal is to go from the 30amp plug on the dock and be able to run the 12V DC system/charge the batteries and I would also like to install a handful of 110V AC plugs that would be able to run from the batteries whether or not the shore power is plugged in. If I could, I'd also like to be able to run the shore power straight from 110V 3 prong plug. The system will be taxed with a small refrigerated icebox and a camping A/C.
