I will be touring the Chesapeake in the late summer early Fall and will need to leave my boat during the weeks somewhere.

I was wondering if there was anywhere near Annapolis (read within 45 min drive) that is a good place to keep a boat (44 sail 5.5' draft).

I have heard about Jabin's in backcreek.

Also, have heard there is a forum where some people rent private docks in the off season.

Would love a mooring, but don't seem to find many of those in the Chesapeake?
