Your complaint sounds very similar to mine when I was trying to deal on a C&C 33. The bank loan agent called me wanting an update on the purchase status,and I told him I couldn''t get any response from the broker. His comment was "usually if you don''t receive any response within a day, it typically means the boat is under contract, there''s problems in the boats paperwork,etc., and the broker just hasn''t bothered to take it off the internet yet." I guess there''s two types of people in this world. Those that return calls, and those that don''t.Good luck!
